Your message is in our mailbox, on a server in the EU. It is read by someone from the team who can place what it is about — not by a ticketing system that gives it a number.

We do not send an automatic acknowledgement; this page is the acknowledgement. The next email from us is the answer, usually within one working day, and it comes from a person with a name.

If you want to send something on — a data sheet, a signal export, the name of the controller that escaped you just now — simply reply to our reply. Until then there is nothing for you to do.

We use your details solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and pass them to nobody. Once the correspondence is finished they are deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Details in the Privacy policy.
